의과학연구소 공동기기 관리자입니다.

유료/무료 예약 장비 이용과 관련하여 아래 사항을 반드시 준수해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 1. 예약 필수 장비는 반드시 예약 후 사용

   •  -예약 없이 사용 시, 예약자가 정해진 시간에 장비를 이용하지 못해 피해가 발생합니다.

   •  -또한 장비 이상 발생 시 이용자 확인이 어려워 장비 유지·관리에 문제가 생길 수 있습니다.

2. 2. 예약 시간 준수

   •  -예약 시간을 반드시 지켜주시기 바랍니다.

   •  -특히 Autoclave 및 Shaking incubator 사용 시, 실험 종료 후 예약 시간 내에 시료를 회수해 주십시오.

3. 3. 예약 변경 및 취소

   •  -실험이 일찍 종료되거나 예약 취소가 필요한 경우
       ☎ 02-6986-6093으로 연락 주시면 예약 시간 조정 및 취소를 도와드리겠습니다.

4. 4. 사용 기록 작성 필수

   •  -사용 후 Google Spreadsheet 작성이 필요한 장비는 반드시 사용 완료 후 작성해 주십시오.

   •   예약 시간 종료 후 작성 여부를 직접 확인하고 있습니다.

5. 5. 사용 후 주변 정리

   •  -장비 사용 후에는 주변을 깨끗하게 정리해 주시고, 소모품 및 폐기물은 알맞은 처리법대로 처리해주십시오.

   •  -장비 사용 후 내부에 이물질이나 시약 등이 튀지 않았는지 확인해 주십시오.

Please make sure to comply with the following guidelines regarding the use of 

paid/free reservation-based equipment.

1. Equipment Requiring Reservations Must Be Reserved Before Use

-Using equipment without a reservation may prevent the rightful user from accessing the equipment

 at their scheduled time.

-In addition, if equipment issues occur, it may be difficult to identify the user, 

 which can interfere with proper equipment maintenance and management.

2. Adherence to Reservation Times

-Please strictly follow your reserved time slot.

-In particular, when using the Autoclave and Shaking incubator , 

 please collect your samples within your reserved time after the experiment is completed.

3. Reservation Changes and Cancellations

-If your experiment finishes earlier than expected or you need to cancel a reservation,

please contact us at ☎ 02-6986-6093 for assistance with adjusting or canceling your reservation.
